My name is Parth and I am a Product Manager at Freshworks.

In the past, I have worked for Zepto, PharmEasy, Blibli, HackerRank & Samsung in different roles.

I became an AI Product Manager long before GenAI became popular and became synonymous with AI. So during the last 5 years, I have focussed primarily on building search & recommendations in e-commerce websites in India and Indonesia.

Freshworks is my first B2B Product role and I am working to scale liquidity on its App Marketplace.
